What do I get in the first hour of the trial? +

Will it change my prices without asking me first? +
No. Every proposed move arrives as a recommendation with the agent behind it named, the signals it used cited, and an Approve / Decline button. Nothing reaches your calendar until you tap Approve. All tiers respect a floor you set — no agent can propose a rate below your minimum nightly, even if the market would allow it.
How private is my data? +
Your listing data, your hosting-platform credentials, and every recommendation we generate for you live in a row-level-secured database — your rows are only readable by you. We don't train models on your data, we don't share it with other hosts, and we don't post anything public on your behalf. All writes to your calendar are logged with the exact payload, timestamp, and the approving user so you have a full audit trail.
Which hosting platforms do you support at launch? +

How do I cancel? Is there a contract? +
No contract, no minimum term. Month-to-month billing you can cancel in one click from the billing portal — the portal link lives in your dashboard under Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until its end date so you keep the cadence and the approvals queue until you're done.
What's the refund policy if it doesn't work for me? +
If the agents didn't produce a recommendation you found useful in your first billing cycle, email us and we'll refund that cycle in full. We don't want the subscription if we didn't earn it. Cancellations after the first cycle stop the next renewal; we don't pro-rate mid-cycle, but you keep the cadence until the period ends.
Why can't I just do this with ChatGPT myself? +
